How to Delete Your Account
You can request the permanent deletion of your Missing Peoples App account and all associated personal data at any time. This guide explains exactly how to do it — whether you're currently logged in or need to contact us by email.
Two ways to request deletion
If you're not logged in, you can still delete your account by logging in first, or by emailing us with your request.
Log in and use the form
Log in to your account, go to your Profile → Settings, scroll to the Danger Zone, and click Delete Account. Confirm by typing DELETE.
Email us your request
Send an email to info@missingpeoplesapp.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address linked to your account so we can verify you.

Submit your request
Complete the deletion form on the account deletion page or email us. Type DELETE to confirm when using the form.

Your account is deleted
Once processed, your account, profile information, posts, reports and all personal data are permanently removed from the platform. This cannot be undone.

You're logged out
After a successful deletion you will be automatically signed out. You can create a new account at any time if you change your mind.
What gets deleted?
- Your account, profile information, and login credentials.
- All posts, reports, and content you created on the platform.
- This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
